Terms of Service: Swift Wildlife Removal LLC

1. Our Services & Scope

Swift Wildlife Removal LLC ("Company") provides professional wildlife trapping, exclusion, attic restoration, dead animal removal, and sanitization services.

• Pest removal: Please note we do not provide general pest removal services (such as termites, roaches, or ants) and do not apply regulated pesticides.
• Repairs: We provide non-structural repair services specifically related to damages caused by nuisance wildlife.
• Specialized Contracting: For your safety and to ensure high-quality results, some repairs (such as significant roof damage or structural compromises) may require a specialty licensed contractor. If we encounter damage beyond our standard scope, we will notify you immediately so you can secure the proper specialized repairs.

2. Professional Fees & Payment

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to initiate services. This deposit covers mobilization, equipment deployment, and initial logistics. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced or equipment has been set.
• Final Payment: Due immediately upon completion of the agreed-upon services.
• Late Fees: Invoices not paid by the due date are subject to late fees and interest up to the maximum rate allowed by the State of Florida.
• Trip Fees: Any applicable trip fees will be clearly stated on your quote and are due once the technician has arrived at the property.

3. Working Together: Access & Monitoring

• Property Access: To ensure the most efficient removal and the safety of our technicians, we ask that the Client provides clear access to all necessary areas, including providing any gate codes, keys, or security clearances required for entry.
• Trap Monitoring: In accordance with Florida wildlife guidelines and for the humane treatment of the animals, we ask that the Client notifies the Company immediately if an animal is captured, provided the Client has reasonable visual access to the trap.

4. Our 1-Year Guarantee

• Exclusion Warranty: We stand behind our work with a 1-year "No-Return" guarantee for all non-rodent exclusion points we install.
• Limitations: This warranty specifically covers the entry points sealed by the Company. It does not cover new damage or new entry points created by animals after the initial repair, nor does it cover rodent re-infestations.

5. Wildlife Realities & Disclaimers

• Unpredictability: Wildlife behavior is inherently unpredictable. While we use industry-leading methods, we cannot guarantee that an animal will be captured or excluded within a specific timeframe, as removal depends on environmental factors beyond our removal.
• Prior & Existing Damage: The Company is not liable for any damage caused by wildlife prior to, during, or after the removal process. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to wiring, drywall, or structural components caused by the animal's attempts to escape or re-enter.
• Florida Bat Season: Per Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulations, we cannot perform bat exclusions during maternity season (typically April 15 – August 15). If a protected species is identified, we will guide you through the state-mandated timeline for removal.

6. Health, Safety & Hidden Conditions

• Sanitization: While we provide professional sanitization, wildlife can carry various pathogens (zoonotic diseases). We recommend keeping pets and family members away from affected areas until the restoration process is complete.
• Hidden Conditions: Should we discover hidden issues during the project (such as chewed electrical wiring, plumbing leaks, or mold), we will pause work and notify you immediately so we can discuss the best path forward, which may include consulting a specialized licensed contractor.

7. Media Release

The Company may take photographs or videos of the work performed for documentation, insurance, or marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and will never include personal information or specific house numbers in any public materials without additional consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction where the service was performed.
