By using the Swift Wildlife Pro website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Service Description

Swift Wildlife Pro provides wildlife removal, exclusion, sanitization, and related services across Florida's Treasure Coast. All services are subject to on-site inspection and a written estimate.

3. Free Inspections & Estimates

We provide free on-site inspections. All estimates are presented in writing before any work begins. No work is performed without your written approval.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction Guaranteed — If our exclusion fails, we take responsibility. Specific warranty terms are provided in your service agreement.

5. Wildlife & Legal Compliance

All wildlife removal is performed in compliance with Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) regulations. Certain species and seasons are protected by law. We will inform you if your situation falls under a seasonal or species-based restriction.

6. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. We accept standard forms of payment as disclosed at the time of service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Swift Wildlife Pro is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the scope of work and warranty terms outlined in your service agreement. We are not liable for pre-existing damage discovered during the course of service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will reflect any changes.
